About
Paul earned a degree in business administration from the University of Oregon in Eugene in 1973. He was carving out a successful career in commercial banking in San Francisco when he moved to Medford, Oregon, to join his father-in-law’s Chevrolet business in 1977. He experienced every department at the dealership to learn the ins and outs of the car business before moving to Kendall Ford in Eugene, Oregon, where he was named assistant general manager. Over the years, he oversaw expansion of the dealership group and directly operated stores. In 1990, he was named CEO of the Kendall Automotive Group and chairman in 2009. Over the years Paul has dedicated his efforts to create a positive employee and customer experience. While focusing on giving back to those in need with partnerships, local nonprofits, and community organizations.

Damon is a third-generation automotive professional with 30 years of experience in the industry. He moved to Bend, Oregon, in 2014 and has been a part of the Kendall Auto Group management team at several locations. Damon is originally from New Mexico but has lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for a significant part of his life. He is an avid outdoorsman who loves fly-fishing and exploring the mountains, rivers, and coasts. Damon and his wife have two young girls who love to spend time skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and horse riding at the stable. In addition, he is a world traveler and has lived in Spain and Croatia. Damon always has an open door and is always there to help. Feel free to stop in and say hi to him anytime!

Jamie moved to Bend in 2017 from the Washington, D.C. metro area with his wife (a Bend native) and two daughters in order to be closer to family, and also to enjoy everything Central Oregon has to offer. Jamie started with Porsche in 2001 at a large dealer in northern Virginia where he built quite a following of clients who appreciated his straight-forward style and top service. Jamie is a Porsche Certified Master Brand Ambassador, and also a factory-trained Porsche Exclusive specialist (to better serve any client wishing to order a unique, one-of-a-kind Porsche). Jamie has been a car enthusiast from an early age, and came to love Porsche after living in Germany for a few years as a teen. He has owned 6 Porsche vehicles over the years, and his favorite model is anything with a GTS badge. In his spare time, Jamie enjoys mountain biking and spending time with his family.

Mike has been with the Kendall Team since 2016. Upon returning to Bend, Mike has enjoyed all that Central Oregon has to offer! With nearly 20 years’ experience in high-line automotive dealerships, Mike has a unique prospective regarding building a relationship between the Dealer Staff and the Customers based on trust and respect. Jon joined the Kendall Team in 2017 after moving here from Atlanta, GA. Originally from Ohio, he got his start in the automotive business as a detailer and has worked for domestic, Asian, and European manufacturers bringing 25+ years of parts experience along with him. He is a huge fan of the outdoors and loves everything Oregon has to offer including hiking, fishing, camping, kayaking, biking, and enjoying the stars.

Rob Weston has been with Porsche Bend since June of 2005 and continues his tenure today! Rob brings years of experience and understanding of the Porsche philosophy to our customers along with a passion for motorsports. He can talk Porsche history, racing, and engineering with the best but is always learning new things about this great German motorsports brand. After completing his Porsche Brand Ambassador training at its inception in 2011, he has also completed the Masters program in Summer 2018. Rob is happy to be of service to all of our Porsche buyers including clients wanting to custom order from the factory!

Tyson Mairs moved to the Central Oregon area in 2017 where he met and shortly thereafter married his wife who is a Bend native. A family man, he welcomed his first child in 2023. He started working in the Kendall family at the start of 2020 during the Pandemic, and since fell in love with the brands represented at our dealership. He believes strongly in providing a luxury experience and is excited to help get anyone coming through in the car of their dreams.

Hey everyone, meet Nic! He’s been rocking the automotive industry since 2017. Originally from Missouri, he made his way to Oregon and started his automotive journey at Kendall Honda in Eugene. When he’s not working, you can find Nic enjoying all the amazing outdoor activities that Bend has to offer, like golf, mountain biking, and disc golf. Growing up, Nic was surrounded by the racing world, with his dad being a competitive drag racer. Now, he’s super excited to be part of the Porsche Bend team and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Amber is a parts consultant for Porsche Bend and has been a part of the team since June 2021. She previously worked parts and supply at an Army base for the Department of Defense in Houston Texas. She enjoys all the perks Central Oregon has to offer such as; hiking, camping, scenery photography, and acrylic painting.
